1.  ABOUT PRODUCTS

Exfatter Apparel mainly produces baby wear, children’s clothing, pajamas, swimsuits, underwear, robes, activewear, etc. This year, we also added travel bags, tote bags and accessories to meet the different needs of customers. For more product catalogs, please contact our professional sales:
For custom production orders, our MOQ is 100 pieces per style, per color, and mixed sizes.
This allows us to meet the diverse needs of both new and existing customers, help brands customers achieve economies of scale in production while optimizing our own production capabilities.

For starting orders of 100 units per style, there is a 2 color/print maximum. For 200 units per style, there is a 3 color/ print maximum.

Firstly, our raw material suppliers have set their own minimum order requirements, taking into account factors such as material procurement and production costs.
 
Additionally, we consider the fabric cost, which varies depending on the amount of fabric required for different clothing items. Typically, a roll of fabric can produce approximately 150-200 pieces of baby rompers, and any excess fabric may go to waste. Production costs, including equipment depreciation and labor costs, also influence the determination of the minimum order quantity. Running the machines incurs similar costs regardless of the quantity produced. Therefore, if the order quantity is too small, the unit cost of the product would be high.
 
Finally, we take into account market demand and sales forecasts to ensure smooth inventory management and supply chain operations.

Of course! Before ordering, you can check our quality, size and color by ordering samples to ensure your complete satisfaction. In addition, if you need special design customization services, please contact us and our professional team will be happy to assist you.

After you checking our process, then you can find there is much quality control in that. We also could send the procee PIC and video if necessary. Last, we have professional QC Inspector, they will follow AQL 2.5 inspection standard to examine all goods. Then will offer the inspection report for you before shipping if necessary. Of course you can let your QC company for inspection if you have that.

Well, considering the size of different people/countries, you can use your own size chart on your order so that it fits perfectly into your own market. But we also need checking and feedback if some where is wrong. if you don’t have size chart, please advise your countriy or market, we can offer the size chart for your confirmation.
Feel free send us your packaging instruction and the artwork, and also your logo, we will develop all labels and packaging here for you, the bulk will be followed as your special requirement if you want, such as hangtag, main label, care label, barcode stickers, polybag or box and so on. 
Sorry that we don’t have any goods and product in stock. We are OEM and ODM manufacturer. We can not sell other brands and customer’s product and design to you, we also don’t sell your product and design to other brands and customer. That is our policy!

2.  ABOUT PAYMENT TERMS

For Sample Development, 100% paid in full prior to getting started on your project. Here are details about sample charges: (excluding other process printing costs)
  • For Baby and Kids Clothing, Sample Fee is $30/pcs
  • For Women and Men Clothing, Sample Fee is $50/pcs
  • For Tote Bags and Travel Bags, Sample Fee is $100/pcs
  • For Accessories, include bibs, hats, socks, etc., sample fee is $20/pcs

Of course, when your order reaches 100 pieces, we will refund your sample cost.

Production is 30% deposit, 70% COD (final payment upon completion of goods). Shipping and handling costs will be calculated and applied to your final COD invoice. Additionally, any materials purchased by us for your production will be added to final invoice.

3.  ABOUT SHIPPING

The sample lead time typically depends on the complexity and quantity of the order. Generally, it takes approximately I to 2 weeks for sample production and delivery. Please note that this is only an estimated time, and the Specific sample delivery times may vary depending on sample technology and complexity.

Our factory loacted in Ningbo City, China. About 3 hours by car from Shanghai City. All our air shipment will ship from Shanghai Airport to your address and all our ocean shipments will ship from Ningbo Port to the nearest port of your city.

Normally our lead time is 45 days, include 20-25 days for custom fabrics, and 15-20 days for cutting, sewing and packing. But if you choose fabrics from our fabric catalog, or your quantitis less than 500pcs, our lead time is 15 days. For details, please email us at sales@nea.ltd

We susggested to ship all orders via ocean shipment, it is more economy than air or express, but it takes about 13-18 days from Ningbo Port to the North of American, 7 days from Ningbo Port to Japan, 19-23 days from Ningbo Port to Australia and New Zealand, and 28-35 days from Ningbo Port to EU.
 
If you want to ship by Air, normally it need about 7-10 days all over the world. And about 5-7 days if ship by express, like DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
