At Ningbo Exfatter Apparel Co., Ltd. , we believe great teams are built not only at the office but also on the road. As the saying goes, “In the third month of the lunar calendar, head to Yangzhou.” So we did just that — packing our bags, gathering our colleagues, and heading west for an unforgettable spring retreat to Yangzhou and Taizhou.
A Journey of Unity and Joy
“Fireworks in March” — the poetic line that has drawn travelers to Yangzhou for centuries — lived up to every bit of its fame. Our team stepped into the gentle spring breeze, walking through ancient streets, admiring classical gardens, and sharing laughter at every corner.
From exploring the exquisite Ge Garden (个园) with its legendary bamboo groves and four-season rockeries, to strolling along the historic canals, every moment reminded us of the beauty of working (and relaxing) together.
A Group Photo to Remember
One of the most meaningful stops was the China Grand Canal Museum in Yangzhou. Standing in front of millennia of history — the grand waterway that once connected China’s north and south — we gathered for a full team photo. It was more than just a picture; it was a snapshot of our shared values: collaboration, perseverance, and moving forward as one.
You’ll find that photo below — a team that works hard, plays hard, and grows together.
A Glimpse of Jiangsu’s Garden Elegance
The classical gardens of Jiangsu Province are world-famous, and Ge Garden did not disappoint. Named after the bamboo (个), this garden is a masterpiece of balance and natural beauty. As a company that values bamboo-based products, walking through towering bamboo groves felt especially meaningful. The same strength, flexibility, and sustainability that bamboo represents are qualities we strive to bring to everything we make — from apparel to eco-conscious solutions.
We’ve included a few photos of Ge Garden’s serene bamboo paths and rock formations, along with some snapshots of our team enjoying the scenery.
Feasting on Local Flavors
No trip to Yangzhou and Taizhou is complete without the food. From delicate Yangzhou fried rice to savory morning tea and local freshwater delicacies, our team bonded over shared meals and new tastes. Laughter, storytelling, and a little friendly competition over who could eat the most dumplings — that’s team building at its most delicious.
Why This Matters for Exfatter
At NEA, we are more than a garment manufacturer. We are a family. Whether we’re solving supply chain challenges, designing sustainable apparel, or exploring bamboo-inspired product lines, we know that trust and camaraderie make the difference.
This trip wasn’t just a break from work. It was a reminder that when we move together — like bamboo bending but never breaking — we can achieve anything.
