If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us for replacement, exchange or a refund.

We offer free & easy returns to our customers. We accept returns or exchanges that are unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

You’ll need to email your order number to hello@lazament.com to request your return or exchange, we will get your refund, exchange or credit to you as soon as we can safely see your return is on its way. Read our full Return and Exchange policy below.

Please note:  Clearance Items are not eligible for return or exchange, Or Final Sale items are deeply discounted, and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.


Returns and Exchange Policy

We take every measure to ensure that our production standards are both ethical and quality assured. We know you’re going to love Lazament Products but if for any reason you have any issues, please email hello@lazament.com with our order number, one of our team members will get in touch with you within 24 hours.

You can return any item (excludes Underwear for hygiene reasons) within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. For hygienic reasons, it is against the law to exchange or refund underwear/bodysuits, except in the case of a faulty garment, in which case we will organize an immediate replacement sent to you free of charge.

Lazament is most accommodating in terms of sizing but please check our size chart prior to purchase and if you are unsure, feel free to contact us and our team will happily assist you. We will replace incorrect sizing if the garment is untarnished and in its original packaging.

All returns/exchanges enquiries will be responded to by our Customer Happiness team. In the event you have incorrectly ordered products/sizes we will gladly assist – just get in touch!

The cost of returning the item(s) by post is at the expense of the customer, unless faulty. Products sadly cannot be returned/exchanged at one of our retail locations nor can we accept returns/exchanges for products purchased through one of our retailers. The shipping costs on orders under our free shipping threshold are non refundable.
